Heavy traffic is expected on campus May 5-6 for commencement activities. Please take this into consideration when planning your student's move out.
Students should have everything in your room packed prior to parking your vehicle for loading.
Students are asked to relocate their vehicle from the loading zone quickly to allow others to load.

Thursday, May 5th - Topper Walk Traffic Impacts

Hilltopper, Bates, McLean, PFT, Poland, and Keen Halls impacted.

Hilltopper, Bates, and McLean Hall residents should avoid move out between 5-7pm if possible.
College Heights Blvd. will close at 5:30 PM
Avenue of Champions will close at approximately 6:20 PM until the Topper Walk procession is complete.
The Heat Plant Lawn and McLean/Bates Runner Hall parking lot will remain open; traffic will be held from leaving until the procession is complete.
The PFT Service Loop will become one-way at 6 PM
- Individuals needing access to the Poland Lot will need to enter the PFT Loop University Blvd. and proceed behind and around The Den to the Poland Lot and Avenue of Champions.
- All traffic will exit the PFT Loop via the service drive to the Poland Lot and Avenue of Champions.

Friday, May 6th - College Ceremony Traffic Impacts

PFT, Poland, Keen, Rodes, Gilbert, Hilltopper, Bates, and McLean Halls impacted.

College Heights Blvd. will be one-way all day, from University Blvd. going up the Hill.
Heavy traffic congestion will be present around PS1 & PS2 all day. Traffic will be directed and mandated to re-route at alternating intervals.
The PFT Service Loop remains one-way from Thursday's closure.
- Individuals needing access to the Poland Lot will need to enter the PFT Loop University Blvd. and proceed behind and around The Den to the Poland Lot and Avenue of Champions.
- All traffic will exit the PFT Loop via the service drive to the Poland Lot and Avenue of Champions.
Students moving to Rodes Harlin for summer will begin moving in Friday at 6 PM; moving should be completed by 10 AM Saturday.
