Welcome Back Hilltoppers!
As we begin the Fall Semester of 2022, you will find work being done at the Top of the Hill as the campus green space expands. This work on the top of the hill will be completing its first phase at the beginning of the semester – so please pardon the construction and landscaping work being done This will, at times, cause some congestion or re-routing of foot traffic and vehicular traffic during our opening.
To provide convenience and access to the services housed in Potter Hall during the week of the August 15th (M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan week) and the week of August 22nd (First week of classes), a Satellite Services Office will be temporarily housed in the Downing Student Union to provide access to the following services:
- Student Financial Assistance
- Office of the Bursar (Student Billing Services)
- Office of the Registrar
On the second floor of DSU (DSU 2004), professional staff will be temporarily serving students who need access and assistance with student financial aid, student billing, and the Registrar’s Office (student transcripts, etc.). We hope that these offices satellite services will ease your access to these services while construction is taking place around Potter Hall at the Hilltop.
Please note that the Office of the Bursar will be providing access for billing questions, but physical payments will still need to be completed at the Potter Hall cashier’s desk for security purposes.
