To accommodate campus move-in activities and prepare for the start of the Fall 2023 semester, the following Move-In Parking Plan will be in effect until 4:30PM on Sunday, August 20th, 2023.

- Parking lots closest to residence halls will be available as 30-minute unloading zones. These lots include:
- Minton Lot (H2)
- Minton Circle
- Portion of Regents Hall Lot (H3)
- Normal Hall Lot (H3)
- Portion of Poland Lot (H4)
- Avenue of Champions (H4)
- McCormack Lot
- McLean Service Drive
- Normal Street meters
- College Heights Blvd Lot
- Pioneer Service Drive
- Kentucky Museum meters
- Pearce Ford Tower Loop
- Creason Lot
- Heat Plant (Lawn)
- - Unload your belongings to the sidewalk
- - Relocate your vehicle from the designated unloading zone
- Once you have unloaded, you must relocate your vehicle immediately.
- Move your belongings into your residence hall
- Free parking is available in all remaining housing and commuter zones, including Parking Structure 2 and Parking Structure 3.
- As always, faculty/staff permit zones, disability parking, and safety violations will be enforced.
On days in which large groups of people are moving in, such M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan, personnel will be present for “unload and go” operations. Vehicles must relocate to alternate parking after unloading.
On Sunday, August 20th, permit holders displaced by move-in operations must relocate to their permit zone. Permit enforcement of Housing zones will begin at 4:30PM.
