She will receive an email on/around February 18 with details about her specific situation with not being able to stay in Regents Hall. She'll want sign into the Housing Portal and update all her information during phase 1 (February 24-28) in the renewal section. Doing so will also ensure she gets a timeslot for phase 2.

Roommate matching results will be available during both phase 1 and 2 - she may want to look for a roommate closer to the end of the week in phase 1 since more students will have entered their information at the point.

Students who do not get to "squat" get an assigned window of time to go select a new hall/room at the beginning of phase 2 - this day/time will be shown to them in the email they receive prior to phase 2 opening. LLC students are eligible for priority status since they cannot squat in their rooms.
