Students who have a fall 2025 housing assignment can now select a move-in timeslot in the WKU Housing Portal (via my.wku.edu)!
There are three options to choose from: 1. Top Drop & Go - August 1 & 2: this option provides students the opportunity to drop off their belongings in their room and then head back home until it's time to come back for their special program or the start of classes.
2. Special Programs - dates vary: Students who are participating in a special program (sorority recruitment, M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan, etc.) can select a timeslot that correlates with their program date.
3. Opening Weekend - August 15-17: Students moving in prior to the first day of class and not participating in a special program.
Additionally, Housing & Residence Life will provide early move-in for individual students having a genuine need to be on campus early, due to practice, employment, or in support of activities for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan. Students working with campus departments/organizations do not need to request early arrival. HRL will receive a roster from the sponsoring organization and students will be able to choose their move-in timeslot on the WKU Housing Portal as usual. Students who do not not have a University-business related reason to arrive early, but have an individual need, can request to arrive early through the WKU Housing Portal via my.wku.edu.
