The WKU Apartments application is open October 1-14 on the WKU Housing Portal for the upcoming spring and fall semesters.

Students who have over 60 credit hours at the time of lease are eligible to apply. 

  • One-bedroom & two-bedroom units available
  • Fully furnished
  • Washer & dryer
  • Crown molding
  • Granite counter tops
  • Utilities and internet included
  • Stainless Steel Appliances

Scholarships and financial aid can be applied.
