WKU STUDENT ALUMNI AMBASSADOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW LIVE!
The WKU Student Alumni Ambassadors are the official student organization of the WKU Alumni Association. Ambassadors are selected based on campus involvement, academic performance, and a desire to promote the WKU Spirit.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
- Become part of a unique community of students and alumni dedicated to your success
- Access exclusive networking and professional development opportunities
- Learn about the importance of philanthropy and establish a lifelong relationship with WKU
- Gain experience in event planning and volunteer management
- Build professional relationships with local alumni-owned businesses and WKU staff
- Help shape university-wide events like Homecoming 2022
- Connect with WKU alumni via the International Alumni Board, Young Alumni Council, and committee participation
EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Full-time enrollment as a WKU student
- Complete 15 volunteer hours each semester
- Complete 2 office hours monthly at the Alumni Center
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Willingness to share the benefits of the Alumni Association with current students and recent graduates
- Additional steps in the application process will be shared via email after you apply!
- Applications and supplement materials are due Monday, April 4 by 4:30 PM CT.
